Fabrika A/S and Nordic Drives Group join forces

The motors and drives company Nordic Drives Group has acquired 100% of Fabrika A/S. The acquisition supports the goal of being the leading partner for motors and drives in Northern Europe.

Randers/Vejle, Denmark

Nordic Drives Group, which is part of MVI Fund II, has acquired 100% of electric motor supplier Fabrika A/S. The young and dynamic company Fabrika A/S, who thanks to a motivated and professional team in a short period has become one of the leading partners of standard and special electric motors with focus on energy optimization, will continue to support existing and new customers and partners all over Northern Europe with electric motors and drives solutions.

Kaspar Mikkelsen, owner of Fabrika A/S, says: “I am very pleased with the merger of Fabrika A/S and Nordic Drives Group. From the first meeting, I was very impressed with the setup, drive, and ambition of the people behind MVI and Nordic Drives Group.”

The merger took place on 1^st December 2022.
