Fabrika sells daughter company Fabrika Special Motors to Multi-Wing Group

Fabrika, a Danish-based company specializing in customized and highly efficient electric motor solutions for customers all over Europe, sells its daughter company Fabrika Special Motors to a long-term customer Multi-Wing Group, a leader in designing and manufacturing flexible and modular axial fans.

Managing director of Fabrika, Mark Kristensen, states: “We are thrilled that a global and successful company has valued the collaboration leading to this acquisition.” Further, he highlights the fact that the vast majority of Fabrika’s customers and partners will not be impacted by this separation.

“The current growth of the business of Fabrika, which has led to further investments in R&D and technical support, enables us to retain and develop existing and new customers and partners”, Mark adds and continues: “Fabrika will also for the future continue to be one of the preferred flexible partners within electric motors for standard and custom made, high-efficiency solutions for numerous types of applications and companies worldwide.”

From the 1st of May, they will be integrated into the Multi-Wing Group organization,” says Kaspar Mikkelsen, co-founder of Fabrika.

The acquisition of Fabrika Special Motors will not have any impact on the services and product line of Fabrika and the management team and board of directors of Fabrika. Kaspar Mikkelsen will take over the full ownership of Fabrika.
